Job Description

1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

Identify and approach potential clients (printers, food manufacturers, retailers, etc.).

Generate leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and industry events.

Use digital platforms (LinkedIn, industry directories) to find prospects.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

Present product offerings (custom packaging, labels, flexible packaging, etc.).

Prepare and negotiate quotes, pricing, and contracts.

Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Upsell additional services (design, eco-friendly materials, bulk discounts).

3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Maintain regular contact with existing clients for repeat business.

Handle inquiries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.

Use CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to track interactions.

4. Market & Competitor Analysis

Stay updated on industry trends (sustainable packaging, digital printing).

Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and new products.

Provide feedback to management on customer needs & market shifts.

5. Technical & Product Knowledge

Understand different printing techniques (offset, flexo, digital, gravure).

Know packaging materials (plastic, paper, biodegradable options).

Explain production processes, lead times, and customization options.

6. Order Processing & Coordination

Work with production, logistics, and design teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Follow up on deliveries and ensure client satisfaction.

Handle sample requests and approvals.

7. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain sales records, invoices, and contracts.

Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

Track expenses (travel, client entertainment).
