We are seeking a data-driven Social Media Specialist to lead our brand’s online presence across platforms. You’ll develop and execute strategies to engage B2B clients, showcase,expertise, and convert followers into leads—all while staying ahead of industry trends.
Core Responsibilities
📈 Strategy & Growth
Develop and implement a monthly social media plan aligned with marketing/sales goals.
Increase brand awareness through platform-specific content (LinkedIn for corporate clients, Instagram/Reels for visual storytelling).
Run targeted paid campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Sponsored Content) to generate leads.
🎨 Content Creation & Management
Produce high-quality posts:
Educational content (e.g., “How to Choose Food-Safe Inks”)
Product showcases (e.g., 360° videos of custom packaging)
User-generated content (client testimonials, case studies)
Collaborate with designers/videographers for polished visuals.
💡 Community Engagement
Monitor and respond to comments/messages promptly.
Foster relationships with industry influencers and potential partners.
Host live Q&A sessions or webinars on packaging trends.
📊 Analytics & Optimization
Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics.
A/B test post formats (carousels vs. reels) and adjust strategies.
Report insights to management with actionable recommendations.
Skills & Qualifications
✔ 3+ years of social media management (B2B/manufacturing experience preferred).
✔ Portfolio showcasing successful campaigns (organic/paid).
✔ Proficiency in:
Social tools: Hootsuite/Buffer, Meta Ads Manager
Design basics: Canva/Adobe Spark
Video editing: CapCut/Premiere Rush (for short-form videos)
✔ Knowledge of SEO principles and hashtag strategies.
✔ Ability to explain technical details (e.g., CMYK vs. Pantone) in simple terms.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with email marketing integration (Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Familiarity with sustainable packaging trends (e.g., compostable materials).
